What We Stand For
Our goal is simple: to deliver innovative energy solutions to our region.
These solutions must be sustainable, ease the burden of expensive and polluting fossil fuels, improve the quality of life and positively impact our local communities. The future of energy is filled with promise, and we will contribute in making this a reality.
Our core skills and experience: Innova’s directors have cumulated decades of industry experience in the oil and gas , electrical, logistics, procurement, renewable energy and manufacturing sectors, in both technical and executive leadership positions.
We understand what it takes to assess technical challenges, to harness the skills and resources to deliver the solutions, and to satisfy the commercial requirements of our sponsors. We also develop new business opportunities, build portfolios of options, and work with our sponsors to high-grade a subset for implementation.
Innova Energy was formed 2012 and is registered in Trinidad and Tobago. Our area of influence covers the Caribbean and West Africa.
SiTek Ltd, our sister company, promotes the development of a large scale Solar-PV Manufacturing cluster in Trinidad, in collaboration with the government. SiTek and Innova share executive leadership.
